Description
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, solution-focused environment for our members and customers. If you’re passionate about great service and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 18 Hours per week, Working Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Or Thursday, Friday & Saturday
As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be a key part of the store’s success, supporting customers with energy, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll handle queries, support counter duties, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering consistently outstanding customer service
- Responding to queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting counter duties with confidence and efficiency
- Answering phone calls in line with company standards
- Assisting with stock control and maintaining accuracy
About You
- A genuine interest in customer service and retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
- You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to support your development.
