Job Purpose
The Customer Centre & Showroom Support Assistant provides hands-on support across customer service, showroom operations, and marketing activities. The role focuses on coordinating customer visits, supporting showroom management, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in line with market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Customer Centre activities, including handling enquiries and coordinating follow-ups
- Coordinate customer visits, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder alignment
- Assist in managing showroom operations, ensuring displays are maintained, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Support showroom inventory tracking (equipment, materials, promotional items) and ensure availability
- Coordinate showroom tours, including supporting tour guides and ensuring a consistent customer experience
- Assist in organising events, demonstrations, and customer engagement activities
- Support execution of local marketing initiatives (communications, materials, campaign coordination)
- Maintain and update customer and activity data
- Provide general administrative and operational support across customer and marketing functions

Experience Required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications or a related field
- Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship, or 1–2 years) in customer service, marketing, or administrative support
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data (Excel essential; CRM tools an advantage)
- Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
