About Your Role

The purpose of this position is to enhance end-to-end supply chain collaboration with key customers, driving mutual growth and improved customer experience through seamless operations and innovative working methods.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key customers' supply chain functions to foster mutual growth.
  • Facilitate regular performance review meetings and cross-functional discussions to resolve supply chain challenges effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs daily to identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead collaborative forecasting processes aligning demand and supply plans with customers to optimize inventory and service levels.
  • Manage promotion planning and execution to maximize sales while minimizing stock issues.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Act as the customer advocate within the supply chain to drive changes that enhance customer experience.
  • Drive a pioneering and results-focused team culture that encourages innovation and urgency in achieving goals.
  • Foster collaboration and inclusion by encouraging diverse perspectives and open communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align team activities with organizational strategy and anticipate evolving customer and market needs.
  • Support team growth and development through feedback, learning opportunities, and career progression planning.

Essential

  • Proven track record in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
