Customer Communications Centre Apprentice
You’ll be at the heart of BPHA’s customer service team, learning how to talk confidently to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media, support customers with general enquiries, repairs and account queries, deliver a positive, professional and empathetic customer experience, work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues, and build your confidence, communication skills and customer service experience. Full training and support will be provided.

Requirements
- Friendly, polite and confident communicator
