About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of customer communications across the customer lifecycle, ensuring they are clear, compliant, engaging and customer focused.

This influential and compliance-focused role sits at the intersection of customer communications, regulatory requirements and customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure all customer communications are clear, accessible and compliant with regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and FCA expectations.
  • Lead the management and governance of customer-facing content across print formats, digital channels and websites.
  • Review, develop and approve regulatory, operational and customer communications to ensure customers receive information that is easy to understand and act upon.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Customer Operations and other key stakeholders to deliver consistent and effective customer communications.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance and value for money.

What You’ll Bring

You'll be an experienced customer communications or customer engagement professional who understands the importance of balancing customer experience with regulatory compliance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
