We're looking for an organised, curious, and detail-oriented Customer Communications Manager to join our marketing team.
This is a brand-new role and a great opportunity to take ownership of an established strategic area that's becoming increasingly important to the business.
You'll be responsible for customer communications across email, SMS, voicemail, and other key customer touchpoints. We already have a clear strategy and a roadmap of projects in place, so this isn't about starting from scratch. It's about turning plans into action, improving the customer experience, and delivering measurable results.
But that's only part of the role.
Customer communications don't just rely on great content. They rely on the systems, processes, and operational workflows behind them too. You'll need to understand how our communications are delivered, work with colleagues across the business, and identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and the customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
