Customer Connect Admin Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Customer Connect Administrator to join our team in Harlow. This is a great opportunity for someone local who enjoys administration, customer contact, and keeping processes running smoothly.
The role involves supporting the team with incoming calls, renewals, proposal forms, policy documents, system updates, and general office administration. You will need to be accurate, organised, and confident working in a busy environment.
Due to the location, applicants should live in Harlow or the surrounding area and be able to drive.

Key Responsibilities Answer calls, transfer enquiries, and take accurate messages Support renewals and prepare relevant documentation Complete and check proposal forms and policy paperwork Update internal systems and maintain accurate records Assist with FCA forms, reminders, and calendar management Upload invoices and help with general office administration Support the wider team with day-to-day customer and admin tasks
Skills and Experience Previous experience in an administration or office-based role Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail Confident telephone manner and clear communication skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email Able to manage a busy workload and work well as part of a team A positive, reliable, and professional approach
