About the Role
We’re recruiting passionate, resilient Customer Consultants to join our BFU Team at Wescot Credit Services. Our goal? Simplifying debt recovery to help customers regain financial stability—all with empathy, listening skills, and a supportive mindset.

Flexible Working
We offer flexibility you can live by:
- Choose a work schedule of: 35 / 37.5 or 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday: 8am–8pm; Saturdays: 8am–4pm).
- Follow a rotational shift pattern, with only 1 in 3 weekends—balanced with a pre-shift day off.

Your Responsibilities
As our first point of professional contact, your role is to empower customers through empathetic advice:
- Deliver compassionate consultations over inbound/outbound calls.
- Use active listening and careful questioning to understand financial complexity.
- Detect vulnerability indicators and ensure appropriate, tailored support.
- Communicate difficult outcomes with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
- Guide customers towards sustainable fixes for their financial health.
World-Class Support & Training
Your journey starts with a structured 4-week training programme (8:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday). Covers:
✔ Identifying vulnerability: Spot early signs and cater to customer needs. ✔ Regulatory knowledge: Stay compliant with regulations. ✔ Signposting: Direct customers to appropriate resources. ✔ Systems & processes: Master our tools for efficiency and excellence.
After training, transition to flexible shift patterns, ensuring:
✅ Full confidence in your skillset. ✅ Access to tailor-made contracts (35/37.5/40 hrs).
