We’re looking for a Customer Contact Forecasting Analyst to join our Resource Planning team at our office in Lyde Green, Bristol. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to design, build and implement forecasting and capacity models from the ground up.

Working closely with Planning Schedulers, Real Time Coordinators and key stakeholders, you’ll use data and insight to predict demand, optimise resource planning and support key business decisions. This role will play a critical part in balancing service performance with cost efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and translating these into clear capacity requirements. Using a combination of operational data, financial inputs and business forecasts, you’ll provide actionable insight to ensure the right resources are in place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast customer contact demand across short, medium and long-term time horizons.
  • Translate forecasts into capacity models and staffing requirements (FTE).
  • Produce clear insight and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and provide reporting to support team scheduling and planning.
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support workforce planning through headcount modelling, including attrition, shrinkage and productivity.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models using multiple data sources, including operational, financial and sales data.
  • Provide resource impact assessments for new projects, product launches and business changes.
  • Develop scenario models to assess the impact of process, system or structural changes on performance and customer outcomes.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with planning teams to ensure forecasting aligns with real-time operations and scheduling.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning through detailed headcount forecasting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
