Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Volvo dealership in Worcester.
The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Excellent Basic Salary with OTE up to £28,000 plus benefits.
This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers' vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
- Accurate data inputting of customer details
- Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Improve and drive lead conversions
- Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
- Initiating the solving of customers' problems in a professional manner
- Adhering to brand standards

- Customer focused with excellent communication & organizational skills
- Self-motivated & target driven
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
- Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
