Customer Order Administrator

Location: Hyde
We’re looking for a Customer Order Administrator to manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service across the business.
This is a fast-paced role, acting as a key point of contact between customers, sites, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage order processing (EDI and manual) accurately and on time
- Act as the main contact for customer, site, and 3PL queries
- Monitor and resolve order issues, delays and discrepancies
- Maintain systems and ensure orders are processed right first time
- Support cross-team order management and provide reporting when required
- Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder communication

Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Excel and IT skills (SAP/ERP desirable)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Organised, proactive and team-focused mindset
