Ordering a car online is becoming an increasingly popular option for our customers. At we pride ourselves on providing an excellent customer experience, and are now looking to improve on this further by having dedicated Customer Delivery Advisors taking care of each online sale. We are looking for dynamic individuals with a great sense of customer service to assist with processing our customer’s online orders through our branches and providing an efficient and excellent experience for the customer, both collecting at branch or arranging the delivery to the customer's front door.

What Will You Be Responsible For…
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with customers to keep them up to date with the progress of their order.
- Check orders and ensure all work is fulfilled on time by the Aftersales department ahead of collection
- Liaise with the documents and logistics team to ensure the car can be delivered through to the customer
- Carry out follow up calls with customers and respond to any queries once the customer has taken ownership of the vehicle
- Ensure that all customer feedback is captured and reported to the Management Team.

Who are we looking for?
Skills
Working within one of our busy branches, the successful Customer Delivery Advisor will be motivated, well presented and professional. Individuals must be capable of using their own initiative and with great communication skills. You will also require the following skills:
- Confident and positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Great organisation and administrative skills
- Good learner with willingness to develop further
- Strong team player
- Flexible
Ideally you will have existing customer service experience, IT and PC literate to an intermediate level, be process driven, well organised, show attention to detail, outgoing, friendly and goal orientated.
Knowledge required for FCA compliance and regulations is preferred but not essential as training can be given, you must also possess excellent administrative skills.
You must hold a full UK Driving License.
