About the Role

Join us as a Customer Delivery Assistant and become the friendly face of our home delivery service. You’ll be out on the road delivering the latest tech straight to our customers’ doors and into their homes—turning-the-key moments into smiles.

This is so much more than delivery—you’ll train to install smart tech like washing machines, fridge-freezers, and 4K TVs, helping customers effortlessly enjoy their belongings from day one.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Completing multi-drop deliveries alongside one of our delivery drivers, including lifting and handling heavy items
  • Ensuring expert handling of stock, ensuring each aspect of contact with the customer is exceptional
  • Doubling as an installation specialist, setting up a range of products (e.g. appliances, tech devices) for our customers in their homes

Requirements

We’re looking for colleagues with:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, a passion for connecting with people, and delivering outstanding service
  • (Ideally) full UK driving licence and some prior experience in delivery roles or visiting customers’ homes (not mandatory but advantageous)
  • Global strength and endurance to handle, carry, and appliance (sometimes heavy) items during drop-offs
