Location: Snodland Base: Snodland Customer Service Centre

Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Salary: £27,310.92 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5 shifts over 8 consecutive days

You’ll work side-by-side with our delivery drivers, completing multi-drop routes and handling large items. Best of all? You’ll extend beyond mere delivery—we’ll train you to install smart technology, from washing machines to 4K TVs, ensuring every installation leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

  • Operating in a multi-drop delivery role alongside experienced drivers.
  • Lifting, handling, and safely transporting heavy stock.
  • Providing exceptional customer service—every interaction counts!
  • Conducting installations for products like washing machines, fridge-freezers, and televisions.
  • Ensuring every customer feels delighted with their amazing technology experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have strong customer service skills and an enthusiasm for delivering top-tier assistance.
  • Ideally possess a valid car driving licence and experience in delivery roles or visiting customer homes.
  • Be physically capable of handling heavy stock confidently and safely.
