Customer Delivery & Operations Coordinator – Telecoms/IT Professionals

The Role
The successful candidate will be accountable for the placement, coordination, and delivery of a variety of services and products, ensuring completion within set timescales. The role demonstrates flexibility across varying project scopes, with responsibilities including:
- Coordination and communication of order progression throughout the project lifecycle
- Adherence to customer communication plans

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Customer engagement & communication, setting clear expectations
- Creation and maintenance of project documents (e.g., delivery trackers)
- Undertaking delivery activities to ensure milestones are met
- Arranging and ensuring site access
- Management of third parties and associated deliverables
- Milestone & stage management
- Data capture (missed appointments, early-life failures)
- Highlighting risks, issues, and lessons learned
- Status reporting as required
What You’ll Bring
- PRINCE2 Foundation certification or equivalent project experience
- Background in Telecoms/IT or a similar industry
- Strong project planning experience
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction & engagement, including meetings
- proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Keen eye for detail
