Customer Delivery Driver (Customer Delivery Driver & Online Service) – Part-Time

- Hours per Week:
- Vacancy 1: 15 hours (Saturday & Tuesday, 15:00 - 22:00)
- Vacancy 2: 22.5 hours (Sunday, Wednesday & Friday, 15:00 - 22:00)
Role Overview
At Asda, we pride ourselves on serving customers with a smile! As a Customer Delivery Driver, you’ll be central to our customer experience, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional delivery service:
- Loading and unloading vans
- Making key deliveries, including home shopping orders, to customers
- Supporting your team—whether that’s packing online orders, maintaining van hygiene, or providing customer-facing assistance.
You’ll combine delivery skills with in-store support—sometimes on the road, sometimes assisting with online orders after shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Focussed Service: Deliver products to customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Van Maintenance: Clean and prepare your vehicle after each shift.
- Team Collaboration: Support colleagues, particularly during busy periods.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Flexibility to swap between customer service and online order fulfilment as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates Must Meet:
📜 Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic):
- Minimum 12 months of driving experience.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
👥 Personality Fit:
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong communication skills.
🔄Flexibility: Willingness to cover a mix of evenings and weekends as required.
