Customer Delivery Driver – Part-Time (Permanent)
Location: Barnsley, UK -category: Retail (Hourly) Shift Pattern: Days Hours per Week: 24 Pay Rate: £12.71/hour
About the Role
At Asda, we want you to find your everything—and as a Customer Delivery Driver, you’ll be at the very heart of our store’s operations, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer experience. You’ll deliver products with pride, from loading your van to dropping off orders at customers’ front doors with a smile.
Not just a driver, you’ll also: ✅ Keep your vehicle clean and ready for the next shift (training provided—no prior mechanical expertise needed) ✅ Lend a hand during busy periods, picking and packing online orders ✅ Help colleagues when needed, ensuring smooth operations

Requirements
Essential Criteria:
✅ Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK full (car) licence (manual or automatic only) for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 penalty points.
✅ Attitude: You’ve got a friendly nature, love supporting customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Communication & Teamwork: You enjoy clear communication and are comfortable working collaboratively.
✅ Flexibility: Open to a varied timetable—weekends, evenings, and shifting hours included.
