About the Role
At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with heart and pride.
You’ll help load your van, make deliveries to regular customers, and ensure a smooth operation by putting customers at the heart of everything. Your role is to handle deliveries with a smile and maintain a clean, well-prepared van for the next shift.
When we’re really busy, we may also ask you to assist your team with picking and packing online orders.

✔ Willing to learn – You’re open to training and keen to grow your skills.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 penalty points.
- A friendly, helpful approach to customer service.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to work shift-based, including weekends and evenings (no two days are the same).
