We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new starters, with options for 12 hours if preferred. You’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts, and we’re flexible if your availability aligns closely with the below windows.

  • Sunday | 18:00 – 23:00
  • Wednesday | 18:00 – 23:00
  • Friday | 09:00 – 19:30
  • Saturday | 18:00 – 23:00

We’re happy to consider candidates whose availability closely matches these times, even if not perfectly aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver shopping with a personal touch, building warm relationships with customers.
  • Check and prepare your van for deliveries, ensuring it’s clean and organised.
  • Load deliveries carefully, checking for accuracy and roadworthiness.

  • Consult customers before arriving (to confirm delivery slot/timing).
  • Handle any issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional, and helpful attitude.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
