About the Role
We’re recruiting Customer Delivery Drivers to join our team across the UK! Our drivers deliver to customers across the country every day—from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, providing friendly, reliable service right at home.
Since flexibility is key for us, we’ve outlined our guaranteed working hours and availability windows to help you manage your schedule while delivering amazing service.
Availability Window
We’re looking for availability during the following periods:

Sunday
- From 18:00
- To 23:00

Wednesday
- From 18:00
- To 23:00

Friday
- From 09:00
- To 19:30

Saturday
- From 18:00
- To 23:00
We will schedule your contracted shifts within these hours, ensuring at least 3 weeks’ notice before your shift begins. Matching close but not exact? We’re happy to consider you—flexibility matters.
Pay & Hours
- Starting pay: £14.18/hour
- Inside M25 areas: £15.45/hour
- Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week
- Levels down to 12 hours available if preferred.
What the Role Entails
Working as a Customer Delivery Driver is more than just driving—it’s about building relationships and making sure every customer feels cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring vans, trays, and yards are clean and tidy
- Loading, checking, and preparing your van before deliveries
- Handling order changes and customer queries efficiently (e.g., substitutions, refunds)
- Speaking to customers before and after deliveries to ensure service excellence
- Maintaining knowledge of delivery schedules, call time compliance, and status updates
- Acting professionally and with kindness in all customer interactions

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
✅ At least 12 months of UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) ✅ No more than 3 penalty points on your driving record
