About the Role

Our Customer Delivery Drivers deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers across the UK. Serving customers with warmth, professionalism and a smile is at the heart of this role.

Availability Window

The availability window for this role is:

  • Monday - Wednesday

    • 09:00 to 19:00
  • Friday

    • 08:00 to 18:00
  • Saturday

    • 07:00 to 18:00

You will be scheduled within these windows and will receive 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. Flexibility is welcomed if your availability closely aligns with these times.

Wages & Hours

  • We pay a starting rate of £14.18 per hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores inside the M25, with possible additional payments based on location.
  • Our policy guarantees a minimum of 16 hours of work per week for new colleagues, with options available for as little as 12 hours.

What You’ll Do

Sooner or Later Your Customers Had Not the Donut whole day will feel as though... You'll:

  • Ensure your van, trays, and workspace are clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Keep the back yard clean and litter-free, picking up rubbish as you go.
  • Wash trays as part of our tray-wash process and load deliveries securely.
  • Check van roadworthiness before heading out.
  • Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions, and refunds while ensuring no extra fees are charged.
  • Call customers before arriving if you’re running early, and call the store if delayed by 30+ minutes.
  • Deliver orders within your assigned customer time slot.

What We’re Looking For

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you should:

  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and promote a positive team spirit.
  • Be warm, welcoming, and attentive while creating genuine connections with customers.
  • Act proactively to meet customer needs and embrace changes to improve service.
  • Stay energetic and ambitious while maintaining balance between work and home life.
  • Share innovative ideas to enhance our service and support mates on the delivery route.

Additionally, you’ll need:

  • A UK/EU/EEA/Full Licence (Automatic only) for at least 12 continuous months, with no more than 3 penalty points, adhering to the GB Domestic Driving Rules.
