Customer Delivery Driver - Crewe Extra
About the Role
Our Customer Delivery Driver role starts with a pay rate of £14.18 an hour, increasing to £15.45/hour for stores within the M25. We offer a minimum of 16+ guaranteed weekly hours, with flexibility for part-time work down to 12 hours.

- Vehicle care: Ensure your van is clean, roadworthy, and loaded correctly.
- Customer interaction:
- Discuss order adjustments, refunds, or substitutions straight away.
- Explain any charges transparently.
- Punctuality & communication:
- Call customers when arriving early or notify stores if delayed by 30+ minutes.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A full EU/EEA driving licence (not provisional) with at least 12 months’ experience and no more than three penalty points.
- Ability to adhere to GB domestic driving rules.
- A warm, welcoming attitude towards colleagues and customers.
- Reliability to build teamwork, adapt quickly, and balance work with personal goals.
