About the Role
At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with pride and heart.
Your role includes:
- Delivering products to customers with a smile
- Loading/unloading vans efficiently
- Ensuring your vehicle is clean and well-maintained (training provided)
- Assisting with order picking and packing during busy periods
- Supporting your team and helping create a positive customer experience
You’ll play a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly, from the road to the store.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid UK driving licence (full car licence, either manual or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 penalty points
- A friendly, helpful approach to customer service
- Comfort in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong communication skills and a team mindset
- Flexibility – availability for varied shifts, including weekends and evenings (no two days are the same!)
