Customer Delivery Driver/Picker

Coldstore Picker & Driver (Part-Time) – 16 Hours Per Week

Ideally, 4 days in 6 including bank holidays.

About the Role

This predominantly coldstore role with the occasional driver responsibility is perfect if you want to work in a hands-on environment while delivering essential frozen meals to customers. By bringing sunshine to their doorstep—regardless of the weather—you’ll play a vital part in our mission to improve lives through delicious, nutritious meals.

You’ll work in a coldstore environment (chilled to -20°C), with access to protective clothing, regular warm-up breaks, and hot drinks. While primarily picking orders, there will be opportunities to move between teams for flexibility, personal development, and gaining wider business insight.

What You’ll Do

Deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals, guaranteeing timely and friendly service. Typical duties include:

  • Delivering frozen meals to healthcare professionals, the elderly, and their families.
  • Picking and preparing orders in the coldstore environment.
  • Using our app-based system to update customer deliveries and logistics.
  • Providing outstanding customer service—keys to our business’ success.
  • Undertaking pre-shift vehicle checks and driving safely, responsibly, and legally.
  • Ensuring vehicle cleanliness and refuelling.
  • Reporting any delays, mechanical issues, or stock/health and safety concerns.
  • Supporting the office and picking teams when required.
  • Assisting with day-to-day customer acquisition activities (e.g., door leaflet drops, sheltered housing visits).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
