Frozen Meal Delivery Driver – 16 Hours/Week (Flexible Days, Including Bank Holidays)
About the Role
Our drivers are the face of our business, ensuring exceptional customer interactions that drive our success. You’ll deliver high-quality frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals while embodying our commitment to delivering sunshine to our customers’ doors—regardless of weather conditions.
You’ll thrive on going above and beyond, paired with the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team—moving between roles to enhance flexibility and skill development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering meals to customers timely and safely
- Managing orders and updates via our app-based system
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Interior pre-shift van checks and responsible driving
- Refuelling, van maintenance, and issue reporting
- Collaboration with office and warehouse teams
- Conducting local marketing duties (e.g., leaflet drops and sheltered housing visits)
The Working Environment
- Coldstore temperature: -20ºC (protective clothing and warm breaks provided)
- Flexible schedule: Any 2 days in 6 (including bank holidays)
- Shift duration: 16 hours/week

Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals on schedule
- Pick orders in the coldstore efficiently
- Update delivery statuses via company app
- Ensure discrepancy reporting to the office
- Maintain high customer confidentiality
- Assist pickup and office teams as required
- Resolve delivery delays and mechanical issues promptly
- Support team members due to holidays/absence
- Perform local outbound marketing (e.g., promoting services to new clients)
Join the Team
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a customer service-based role
- Full UK manual driver’s licence (held for at least two years)
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (phone app usage required)
- Evidence of work stability
- Minimum basic secondary education
Desirable but Not Compulsory
- Experience in multidrop delivery roles
- Background in care-based services
- Warehouse/forklift experience
- Health & Safety awareness
Personal Qualities
- Friendly, approachable, reliable team player
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service -Strong attendance and timekeeping
