Opportunity in Customer Demand Team

An opportunity has arisen in our Customer Demand Team, and we are looking for a Customer Demand Planner to join us for 12 months, at Taylors of Harrogate at our Plumpton Park site.

Role Overview

As a Customer Demand Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate forecast, building strong relationships with our retail partners, driving forecast accuracy, and ensuring stock availability in line with both customer and Taylors KPIs. You’ll lead customer review meetings, support new product development, and contribute to process improvements across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of UK and/or international customers.
  • Maintain and update base forecasts with clear assumptions and collaborate with Account Managers on promotional uplifts.
  • Deliver against inbound and stock KPIs, identifying and resolving performance gaps through collaboration.
  • Lead weekly demand and production planning meetings to align forecasts, stock, and production.
  • Represent the Customer Demand team in NPD and range review project meetings.
  • Support process mapping for customer supply chain activities.
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of forecasting systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
