Location: Reddish & surrounding areas (Ideal postcode: M18) Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: £29,000 basic + 10% Bonus, Lunch allowance & other benefits

The Role: Customer Development Executive
You’ll be responsible for promoting the total Wall’s portfolio to independent customers while identifying and securing high-potential new accounts.

Working with a dynamic, data-led call plan under the guidance of your Regional Manager, your objectives include driving growth through:
- Increased distribution
- Enhanced availability & visibility
- Compliance and execution
- Penetrating key brands

Key Responsibilities
- Build & nurture customer relationships, tailoring solutions to meet business needs.
- Execute in-store activations, ensuring optimal availability, compliance, and product visibility.
- Develop a territory business plan, with a focus on growing distribution, sales, and market share.
- Leverage data & insights to track performance, hit KPIs, and reinforce best practices.
- Manage CAPEX assets (freezers on loan, premium POS), ensuring compliance with terms.
- Support joint business plans within quick-service restaurants.
- Maintain strong administrative standards, including accurate reporting and system compliance.
Requirements
- Fun, driven, and target-orientated personality who enjoys bringing brands to life.
- Commercially focused, resilient, and motivated to achieve growth.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Previous experience in FMCG, Direct Sales, or Convenience sectors (desirable but not essential).
- Strong administrative, planning, and negotiation skills.
- IT-literate (proficient in MS Office and CRM systems).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Full valid driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, and commutable from location (essential).
