The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing and forward-thinking organisation within the healthcare sector, currently investing in its commercial function as it continues to scale.
With an established customer base and innovative digital offering, the business is creating an exciting opportunity for a Customer Development Executive to join the team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, onboarding, and growth.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with both new and existing customers, supporting digital adoption, strengthening relationships, and directly contributing to commercial success.
Ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of sales, account management, and customer success, this position offers real variety and the chance to build a rewarding career in a growing sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers across the healthcare sector
- Supporting onboarding and adoption of a digital B2B platform
- Managing both inbound and outbound customer engagement activity
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase customer value
- Supporting customer retention and year-on-year account growth
- Handling customer queries in a professional and solutions-focused manner
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and internal tools
- Collaborating with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations
- Contributing to reporting, insights, and commercial trend analysis
- Driving a mix of new business activity and growth of existing accounts

What We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who:
- Has experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client engagement
- Enjoys building relationships and delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Is confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers regularly
- Has a strong commercial mindset and can spot opportunities to grow accounts
- Is organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms
- Can support customers through change, particularly digital transformation
- Experience in healthcare, dental, pharmacy, or B2B environments

The Package
- Up to £36,500 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Quarterly performance-related bonus
