Customer Development Manager (6-Month FTC – Full Time, 35 Hours)

About the Role
Join our field-based team as a Customer Development Manager, tasked with crafting and executing strategic growth plans for Carlsberg Britvic’s regional market. Reporting to the Regional Controller, this role focuses on expanding both volume and profitability.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement customer plans to enhance total Volume, NR & GP (Gross Profit), maximising revenue and distribution per customer.
- Maximise profit and distribution efficiency for new and existing wholesaler accounts, driving product throughput and brand share.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, stakeholders, and wholesalers.
- Achieve set targets for profit and sales growth against regional objectives, sharing range expansion.
- Create 1- to 3-year robust account/brand plans including strategy, tactics, and profitability-focused promotional programs tailored to customer needs.
- Evaluate ROI on investment and promotional spend, adhering to Value Management principles.
- Monitor debt risk and cash flow, tracking supplier performance via tools such as My District.
- Utilise FIT forecasting tools to align sales strategies with annual targets under set budgets.

- Runtime management: Cross-functional collaboration to implement customer plans and measurable business outcomes.
- Financial outlook: Strong grasp of value management, revenue projection, NR calculations, and budgeting across sales channels.
