Job Description
As Customer Director, you will act as a strategic partner to major pharmaceutical firms, lead a cross-functional delivery team of 10, and own high-impact accounts end-to-end. You will bridge the gap between technical AI innovation and commercial business value, scaling custom-built solutions that accelerate drug discovery and optimize clinical trials.

What You Will Do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities to expand current pharma accounts and onboarding new global Life Sciences clients.
- Lead commercial negotiations and partner with the Business Unit Director on accurate sales planning and forecasting for large-scale AI transformations.
- Translate complex data science and machine learning concepts into compelling business use cases for C-suite stakeholders and senior budget holders.

The ideal candidate
- Brings a proven track record in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, IQVIA, or ZS) with deep expertise in the Life Sciences or Pharma sectors.
- Demonstrates experience leading and selling large-scale AI or digital transformation projects that delivered measurable commercial impact.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a background in coaching cross-functional teams of delivery and engagement specialists to excellence.
