CUSTOMER DIRECTOR – PRESTIGE
COMMERCIAL / SALES
WIMBLEDON - 2 to 3 days per week in the office
As Customer Director, you will lead one of Coty’s most strategic and high-value retail partnerships, driving omnichannel growth across prestige beauty. This role combines senior commercial leadership, customer strategy, and team transformation, owning delivery across a complex portfolio while shaping long-term customer partnerships and category leadership.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Customer Director, you play a critical role in leading Coty Prestige’s largest omnichannel customer portfolio, delivering sustainable net revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving best-in-class commercial execution across Boots and pureplay channels.
You will be reporting to the Senior Sales Director, and you will manage a large, high-performing commercial team across multiple customer groups.
COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP & DELIVERY
- Own full P&L accountability across a customer portfolio of nearly £100m
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and senior-level negotiations with key accounts
- Drive profitable net revenue growth, market share and ROI-focused investments
- Champion strong commercial fundamentals and decision-making across the business
- Act as a senior partner in shaping customer strategy and performance delivery
OMNICHANNEL STRATEGY & CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIPS
- Define and execute end-to-end omnichannel strategies across retail and e-commerce
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers including Boots and pureplayers
- Leverage data, insights and category trends to unlock new growth opportunities
- Tailor differentiated strategies across retail environments and digital platforms
- Represent Coty in high-impact strategic discussions with customers and stakeholders

TEAM LEADERSHIP & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL IMPACT
- Lead, coach and develop a large, multi-layered team (SNAMs, NAMs, NAEs, CBMs)
- Build commercial capabilities and strengthen strategic thinking across the team
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, retail operations, finance and supply
- Drive a culture of accountability, agility and high performance
- Influence senior stakeholders across UK & global teams to enable transformation
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a senior commercial leader with strong strategic acumen, you thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment. You are results-driven, agile, and highly influential, with the ability to lead large teams and build long-term customer partnerships
- Extensive experience in Customer Director / Sales Director roles within FMCG or Beauty
- Strong P&L ownership and commercial delivery track record
- Expertise in Joint Business Planning and trade investment optimisation
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading large, high-performing teams
- Strong omnichannel and e-commerce understanding
- Ability to influence at senior level internally and externally
- Fluency in English
