Job Description
Lead the Professional Services practice at Faculty, building a go-to-market strategy for major firms in law, accounting, and finance. You will move AI from experimental pilots to enterprise-wide reality, managing multidisciplinary teams of PhD-calibre engineers. This role balances high-level strategic advisory with the hands-on delivery of production-grade software in complex, regulated environments.

What You Will Do
- Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Professional Services sector, identifying key opportunities and building long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead complex, production-grade AI transformation programs, guiding cross-functional teams from initial strategic concepts through to the successful deployment of agentic AI solutions.
- Elevate Faculty’s industry profile through thought leadership and media engagement, articulating how AI can automate complex knowledge work and drive sustained commercial advantage.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations or organizational change within professional services, BPO organizations, or as a senior consultant at a top-tier firm.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one professional services vertical, with a particular interest in those who have delivered AI-driven transformations in Finance, CFO, or Treasury functions.
- Commercially driven leadership mindset with the ability to own revenue responsibility while maintaining a hands-on approach to unblocking teams and ensuring technical excellence.
