This is a stepping stone to a long-term career as a Protection Adviser. We provide full training and expertise, with many colleagues advancing to adviser roles within 6–12 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to unprotected families
  • Introduce our services, handle objections, and connect customers seamlessly with an Adviser
  • Arrange and manage callbacks for a smooth customer journey
  • Update CRM accurately to ensure seamless handover
  • Stay responsive, positive, and supportive of the team
  • Progress into Advice with structured training

What We’re Looking For

Guidence and sensitivity in handle sensitive conversations

  • Warm, confident phone presence
  • Quick-thinking and resilience when handling pushback
  • Strong listening & attention to detail
  • Proactive, target-driven, and willing to progress
  • Bonus if from customer service, sales, or similar

Shift Pattern

  • 40-hour workweek, flexible start times (9am, 10am, or 11am)
  • Work every second Saturday → get an extra day off in lieu (In effect, it’s a 3-day weekend!)
