Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful relationships?
We're looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to champion the customer journey across a prestigious luxury department store hospitality operation. You'll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of both Eurest and our client.

What You'll Do
- Lead the customer experience strategy across all food and hospitality outlets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, clients and internal teams.
- Gather customer feedback and turn insights into improvements.
- Drive engagement initiatives, events and promotional activity.
- Support operational teams to deliver exceptional service every day.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience.
- Champion a culture of hospitality, service and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer engagement, hospitality, retail or guest experience management.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach.
- Experience using customer insights to improve service delivery.
