The Opportunity
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, engaging with customers through professional one-to-one interactions. You'll build relationships, communicate key messages clearly, and help create positive experiences that leave a lasting impression. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is outgoing, enjoys meeting new people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent well-known brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build rapport through engaging one-to-one conversations.
- Communicate products, services, and campaigns clearly and confidently.
- Create positive customer experiences that reflect brand values.
- Attend promotional events and customer engagement campaigns.
- Work alongside a supportive team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Record customer interactions and provide feedback to support ongoing improvements.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with a positive attitude more than extensive experience. You'll be a great fit if you have:

- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, promotions, or client-facing roles is beneficial but not required, as full training is provided.
