About the Role
We're seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This is a people-focused position where you'll represent leading brands, engage directly with customers, and help build long-term relationships through professional communication. Whether you're a recent graduate, looking for a career change, or already have customer-facing experience, we'll provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentoring, and clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Professionally represent nationally recognised brands
- Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer engagement
- Clearly communicate products, services, and current offers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, sales, or client-facing roles is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
