Job Opportunity

Our Head of Customer Engagement is looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant, forward-looking professional Team Leader with previous experience to support the growth of The Cambridge and build meaningful relationships within the local community.

Role Overview

As Team Lead, you will bring energy and motivate Customer Engagement Advisers, who report directly into you. You will be accountable for your location, business performance, and your team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving success, empowering your team, and making a positive impact in the community you support.

Salary and Working Hours

  • Starting Salary: £30,000.00 Per Annum.
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
    • 26 Saturdays per year: 9am – 1pm

Additional Earnings: You’re required to work a minimum of 26 Saturdays per year, which is paid at an enhanced rate. This means that you can increase your basic annual pay by £1,518 - £2,687 depending on the Saturday opening hours for each location.
