Customer & Event Marketing Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer & Event Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving customer-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement and revenue growth within Launchmetrics’ existing client base with event strategy and relationship building as the core pillars of the role. From expanding our network and acquiring new contacts within existing customer accounts to identifying opportunities, developing campaigns, managing execution, and measuring results, this role ensures every initiative drives deeper customer relationships, upsell potential and contributes to revenue growth.
Reporting to the Business Marketing Director and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams -including Customer Success and Sales- the profile will lead the planning and execution of customer marketing programs. This includes physical and digital events, outbound outreach coordination and 1:1 Account-based Marketing (ABM) workshops. Beyond these touchpoints, the role also encompasses PR and relationship-building efforts — cultivating strategic connections with key clients to strengthen Launchmetrics' presence and reputation within the fashion, luxury and beauty space.
The ideal candidate brings both a people-first mindset and a strong commercial awareness — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with customers and understanding their world, while staying attuned to the business impact of every initiative. They're comfortable translating customer insights into smart strategies that create real value for clients and support Launchmetrics' growth objectives.
Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Customer Success to activate new contacts within existing accounts, supporting or leading outbound outreach to drive upsell opportunities and expand engagement across new departments, brands, regions, and decision makers. Plan and execute high impact customer engagements, including large scale gatherings, exclusive experiences, mid funnel meetups, executive roundtables, and virtual events to strengthen relationships and drive deeper engagement with clients. Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops using Launchmetrics data, interpreting insights through the client’s business lens. Translate findings into compelling storytelling that demonstrates impact and drives follow-up expansion conversations. Align regularly with Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations to define expansion priorities, target accounts, revenue objectives, and go-to-market plans tied to measurable growth outcomes. Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, contact growth, campaign performance, event influence, and workshop impact, connecting activities directly to upsell pipeline and revenue contribution.

YOUR PROFILE
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, event organization or a related area, with a solid understanding of outbound marketing tactics. A true 360° marketer, comfortable managing a wide range of initiatives -from planning and executing physical events to designing, launching, and optimizing outbound outreach campaigns. Skills: Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with experience crafting engaging content and campaigns for existing customers. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining a structured and results-driven approach. Tools: Familiarity with email marketing tools (ideally Hubspot), as well as CRM environments such as Salesforce. Analytical: Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies. Collaborative: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of integrated marketing efforts. Proactive: A self-starter with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and goals.

We are a global and highly diverse team – distributed in six different countries, with multiple nationalities and varied expertise – we always work collaboratively to understand each other in a "glocal" way to achieve the best results as one team. The Marketing team works daily on the ideation, production and distribution of campaigns with the objective of attracting the Launchmetrics' target audience.
