We’re looking for Customer Experience Advisors to join our team and help create exceptional, confidence-building experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create exceptional experiences – Welcome customers, build connections, and make every visit memorable
  • Style & advise – Help customers discover jewellery they love and build stacks that reflect their personal style
  • Pierce with care – Deliver safe, professional piercing services once fully trained (training provided)
  • Drive performance – Support store sales targets and contribute to team success
  • Maintain standards – Keep the store and piercing studio clean, safe, and visually inspiring

Piercing Training & Requirement

Piercing services form a core part of this role for employees contracted to work more than 5 hours per week.

Where applicable, you’ll receive fully paid training and accreditation to become a certified Jewells piercer. Once trained, piercing services form part of your role responsibilities.

  • A positive, confident person who enjoys working with customers
  • Passion for jewellery, fashion, and styling
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
  • Retail or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
