About the Role

guitarguitar is the UK’s largest guitar retailer and it’s an exciting time to join us. As we move to grow our business further we are looking to innovate and expand our customer facing operation to better serve musicians everywhere. This new function will be an opportunity for the right individuals to form part of the project which moulds our future so we’re looking for detail-driven, customer-obsessed individuals to be the backbone of the guitarguitar customer experience.

As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing end-to-end support across their entire journey. You’ll play a vital role in delivering our industry-leading omni-channel experience, reflecting guitarguitar’s values and commitment to outstanding customer care in every interaction.

You will demonstrate a customer-first mentality across all communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat guiding other musicians of all levels to the right solutions for them by accurately identifying and providing tailored recommendations.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every customer interaction removes friction, builds confidence, and maximises sales opportunities.
  • Be motivated by results, with success measured through winning new customers, retaining existing ones, and driving repeat in-store engagement.
  • Build strong customer relationships through confident, engaging communication that drives new business and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Have a strong knowledge of guitars and related product groups.
