An exciting opportunity has arisen due to internal progression within the team, creating the chance to join Safetykleen’s high-energy Tele-based Customer Service team in Dinnington.

Become the friendly first point of contact for our customers, making every customer feel like your only customer. You’ll solve problems, keep accounts running smoothly, boost retention, and spot risks before they become issues - all while partnering closely with internal teams to keep service seamless.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first line hero for inbound calls and emails - owning queries end-to-end and delivering brilliant service
  • Proactively reach out to customers to strengthen relationships
  • Support customers via live chat, responding quickly and professionally
  • Keep our CRM spotless - accurate data entry and updates, every time
  • Allocate, monitor and escalate enquiries or complaints to secure swift resolutions
  • Log and track activity through our CRM to ensure seamless communication
