Our centres are more than just buildings - they’re buzzing communities of entrepreneurs, creators, and changemakers. We’re excited to be managing the Business Cyber Centre in Chippenham under a new contract and are looking for a Customer Experience Assistant to join our team, helping deliver exceptional service at this new addition to the Oxford Innovation Space network.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first and last point of contact for our customers and guests, you’ll:
- Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings.
- Support events and community engagement activities.
- Responsible for daily and monthly social media updates.
- Keep the Centre running smoothly by maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces.
- Assist with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots.
- Provide backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.
