We’re excited to announce a vacancy for a Customer Experience Assistant at The Nucleus Bridge to join our team and help deliver exceptional service at this state-of-the-art innovation centre.
Our modern centre is located in the heart of The Bridge Community. The Nucleus offers professional, fully equipped office space ideal for small businesses, providing a flexible and supportive working environment.

About the Role
As the first and last point of contact for our customers and guests, you’ll be responsible for:
- Welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Managing reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings.
- Supporting events and community engagement activities.
- Creating daily and monthly social media updates to promote the centre’s activities.
- Maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces to keep the centre running smoothly.
- Assisting with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots.
- Providing backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.

Requirements
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused, and proactive candidate. You’ll bring:
- A confident, approachable personality with a natural flair for customer service.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility and team spirit—ready to contribute wherever needed—at all times.
