We’re excited to announce a vacancy for a Customer Experience Assistant at The Nucleus Bridge to join our team and help deliver exceptional service at this state-of-the-art innovation centre.

Our modern centre is located in the heart of The Bridge Community. The Nucleus offers professional, fully equipped office space ideal for small businesses, providing a flexible and supportive working environment.

About the Role

As the first and last point of contact for our customers and guests, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Managing reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings.
  • Supporting events and community engagement activities.
  • Creating daily and monthly social media updates to promote the centre’s activities.
  • Maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces to keep the centre running smoothly.
  • Assisting with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots.
  • Providing backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.
