Customer Experience Associate
Location: Kith London (Regent Street)
Overview
Status: Part-time Compensation: £14.42/hour
As the Kith Customer Experience Associate, you will act as customers' concierge, ensuring a best-in-class in-store experience. This role involves a variety of responsibilities across sales, operations, and visual merchandising. Working closely under the Manager on duty, you’ll adapt quickly to the needs of the business, ensuring seamless execution of tasks while maintaining outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Communicate with the Management team on project directions and operational tasks.
- Deliver warm, efficient, and professional customer service; greet, assist, and guide all Kith customers.
- Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional service before, during, and after customer visits.
- Handle cashier responsibilities, including:
- Cash and card processing (Mobile POS)
- Returns/exchanges management
- Ensuring accuracy and speed at registers
- Coordinate with Management to execute action plans efficiently.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Product knowledge (including подтверждение истории бренда, корпоративной политики)
- Store-strategy alignment
- Complete assigned operational tasks, ensuring they are on-time and accurate—before, during, and after operating hours.
- Assist in:
- Stockroom organisation and sales-floor replenishment
- Maintaining visual standards and brand aesthetics
- Ensuring product availability through effective sell-through communication
- Follow all company policies, including attendance and scheduling requirements.
- Support housekeeping duties (dusting, sweeping, trash collection, etc.).

Special Tasks & Projects
- Aid Visual teams in product displays or initiatives as needed.
- Execute cycle counts, physical inventories, or inventory drays when required.
Requirements
Availability
- Must be available for:
- Weekday evenings
- Weekends, overnights
- Holidays
- Special projects (drops, releases) based on business demands.
Experience
- 1+ year in retail sales (in-store preference).
- 1+ year in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with apparel, footwear, or luxury goods (preferred but not mandatory).
Core Skills & Abilities
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multi-tasking.
- Physical ability to:
- Stand/walk for prolonged periods
- Lift/pull up to 25lb
- Perform standard retail tasks (bending, twisting, climbing).
- Self-paced problem-solving and adaptability.
