About the Role
We’re looking for experienced and dedicated Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians – Removables to join our team. You will leverage your deep dental lab expertise to partner directly with clinicians on critical tasks—patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications. Your role will ensure real-time technical support is provided, delivering high-quality outcomes and an exceptional experience for every doctor.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work closely with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs, optimizing aesthetic and functional patient outcomes. Offer expert guidance on complex cases and build confidence in our digital tools.
- Provide Live Clinical Support: Engage with clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues, clarify workflows, and deliver empathetic customer service.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between doctors and Dandy’s lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in a dental technician role
- 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including:
- Full dentures
- Partial dentures cases
- Deep knowledge of:
- Digital dental workflows
- Scan bodies
- Best practices in design
- Technically adept with the ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly
- Proven ability to:
- Build strong rapport with clinicians
- Provide empathetic support
- Manage complex concerns with professionalism and care
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights
- Comfortable with real-time doctor interactions (chat, phone, video)
- Quick adaptation to conversations
- Trust-building in live engagements
- Strong independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle simultaneous complex conversations
- Passionate about working in a fast-growing, digital-first lab environment
- Commitment to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards

- 8 AM – 4:45 PM (GMT)
- 9 AM – 5:45 PM (GMT)
- 9:30 AM – 6:15 PM (GMT)
