About the Role

The Role

If you're a graduate with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in how effective customer service operations work at scale, this is an opportunity to build a solid foundation for a long term career in customer experience.

We're looking for motivated graduates to join our Customer Experience Graduate Programme, designed to fast track your professional development, build your understanding of customer service operations, and give you the skills and confidence to make a real impact within a fast paced, customer focused environment.

You don't need a specific degree discipline to apply. What matters most is your enthusiasm for delivering excellent service, your willingness to learn, and your motivation to develop professionally. The role offers wide ranging exposure to customer interactions and operational processes, supporting the development of practical, commercially relevant capability.

Based in Glasgow, you'll gain hands on experience across key aspects of customer experience and service delivery, working at the heart of our National Hiredesk. By the end of the programme, you'll have a strong understanding of how customer experience drives business performance - and the skills to help shape it.

About You

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing a deep understanding of GAP one, our National Hiredesk, and how it supports customers and depots nationwide
  • Handling customer enquiries and supporting end‑to‑end hire processes while delivering a professional, positive service experience
  • Learning how service performance is measured, including customer feedback, service levels, and operational KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys, processes, and ways of working
  • Supporting customer experience initiatives and projects that directly impact service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Building strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
