We're working with an innovative technology business that's investing heavily in the experience it delivers to its customers.

As Customer Experience Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with a suite of digital products, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, consistent and delivers real value. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines customer insight, UX thinking and commercial awareness to improve digital experiences and influence product direction.

What you'll be doing

  • Defining and embedding a customer-first UX/CX strategy across multiple digital products.
  • Mapping and improving end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Identifying friction points and driving measurable improvements in user experience.
  • Leading customer research, usability testing and insight gathering.
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure customer experience is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Using customer feedback, analytics and data to influence product decisions.
  • Championing a customer-centric culture across the wider business.

We're looking for someone with

  • Experience in Customer Experience, UX, Service Design or Product Experience.
  • Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping and user research.
  • Experience using data and customer insight to improve digital products.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for creating seamless, engaging customer experiences.
