Customer Experience Representative
Customer Service Support Team Member – Middleton Plant
Location: On-site at the Middleton Plant
Reports To: Customer Service Team Leader
Hours & Schedule
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Unpaid Break: 30 minutes for lunch
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible start/end times)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 3 days in-office

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data and pricing in the operating system
- Manage and enter daily orders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
- Provide custom quotations to clients
- Handle freight quotes and daily invoicing
- Coordinate intercompany orders (collaboration with sister companies)
- Work closely with:
- Production
- Sales
- Accounting
- Shipping
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and disciplined
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong client-facing skills with a hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Additional languages (such as German, French, Spanish, or others) are a plus

Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Relevant experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles strongly preferred
