About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll represent leading UK brands by engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping them understand products and services that best suit their needs. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll build confidence, develop valuable communication skills, and become part of a supportive, ambitious team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or any customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
