The Opportunity

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturing business for a Customer Experience Representative to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service, sales support or internal sales experience who enjoys building relationships, managing customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, and working closely with multiple departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

You’ll become the main point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service while supporting the sales team and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Processing customer orders and quotations accurately using the company ERP system.
  • Managing customer accounts from enquiry through to delivery.
  • Providing updates on order progress, lead times and deliveries.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Liaising with production, logistics, purchasing and accounts to ensure orders are fulfilled.
  • Raising purchase orders and chasing suppliers where required.
  • Supporting the sales team with quotations, account administration and follow-up activities.
  • Resolving customer queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
